Marc Abels - Partner - Monitor Deloitte

Marc has 17 years of experience in Go to market strategies and a deep expertise in pricing.  He leads the Strategy department (80 consultants) for Deloitte Belgium.   He is one of the ‘pricing’ experts within Deloitte Europe and is a regular speaker on various pricing conferences (e.g. European Pricing Platform).   His main industry focus is on Lifesciences (Pharma, MedTech).


Maarten Moreels - Senior Manager - Monitor Deloitte

Maarten is working primarily on commercial excellence projects at Life Sciences accounts, from strategic market review to tactical improvements in sales & marketing. His operational experience in sales & marketing from the industry enables him to identify the critical value levers and issues of clients. Furthermore, Maarten is the Commercial Analytics Lead within Monitor Deloitte bringing data driven approaches to customers.

Maarten’s core competences are: pricing & price strategy, commercial policy design, salesforce effectiveness and commercial analytics & visualisation

Paolo Correale - Director Life Sciences Pricing Practice - Tefen Management Consulting

Paolo is a Director at Tefen Europe and the Leader of Tefen’s Life Sciences pricing practice. He has been working as a consultant in Life Sciences and Healthcare for more than nine years, ranging across most functional areas. Over the past five years, Paolo has focused on designing and implementing Pricing, Market Access and Healthcare Partnership solutions for leading MedTech and Pharma players, at both global and local level.

In particular, he supported several multinationals in launching processes, organization and technology to manage all aspects of Pricing, from strategy to execution. His current interest is pioneering innovative pricing models and integrated product-service solutions across the care continuum, facilitating partnerships among Life Sciences companies, Healthcare providers and payers.



Alla Uhrlandt - Director Strategic Pricing EMEA - Janssen Pharmaceutical, Johnson & Johnson

Alla has 15 years of international working experience in market access, commercial excellence and sales functions in Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical industries. Extensive experiences in Strategic Pricing & Tendering to drive profitability and enable growth. Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional and multinational project teams. 



Guy Nuyts - Senior Director, Global Pricing - Janssen Pharmaceutical, Janssen, Johnson & Johnson

His responsibilities focus on pricing and reimbursement policies for the infectious diseases, vaccines, neuroscience and global public health portfolio. Throughout his 20 year plus career, he had different roles of increasing responsibility in health economics, pricing, real world evidence and market access, and this across several different therapeutic areas such as Pain, Gastrointestinal, Oncology and Infectious Diseases. 

He also collaborated on several organizational redesign and improvement projects to better integrate market access and pricing functions and to align with other business functions. Between 2001 and 2008, he lived and worked in NJ, US for Johnson and Johnson. 


Richard Rahul is a Manager in the Strategy and Operations, HEOR practice of Monitor Deloitte.

His core focus is on Life Sciences (Big pharma/medium pharma) besides health technology/digital health based firms.

Richard’s expertise is in commercial excellence, health economic modeling (pricing research, HTA value assessments, cost model/burden of disease model, payer/reimbursement), market entry and GTM optimization, customer engagement transformation, innovative pricing models and value based selling.

He brings a global perspective having led and successfully executed engagements in the US, EU and India.
